My co-worker that was with me on this trip was very surprised on how easy the machine is to setup, run, & maintain. Within an hour of instruction, he was able to set up a table with a full load of carriers & string up the wire. He has many years of experience running Wardwell braiding machines & he was very impressed with the Steeger machine. I am very confident that the Steeger Braiding machine will be an incredible addition to our company’s “toolbox”.

Thank you for the Steeger technician’s quick response to our machine down situation. He quickly diagnosed the problem and are up and running getting production back on track. If he wasn’t able to come out and repair the system we would have lost significant dollars. With that kind of support I don’t need to look anywhere else for our braiding needs. Cheers
